We want you to love KortureKloset product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 7-10 business days for a refund in your original form of payment.

We’re sorry, but customized items & Made to Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once your return is received, it could take up to 21 business days for it to be processed.

• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new
